Court Action / Legal Fees

  • Preparation time (including submission of records or letters, summaries, narratives and/or reports): $325/hr
  • Phone calls: $325
  • Depositions: $325/hour
  • Time required in giving testimony: $325/hour
  • Mileage: $0.54/mile
  • Time away from office due to depositions or testimony: $325/hour
  • All Fees must be paid in full prior to court appearance. 

All attorney fees and costs incurred by the therapist as a result of the legal action require that payments are to be paid in full.

  • Filing a document with the court: $150
  • The minimum charge for a court appearance: $3,500.00

Evaluation and assessment time will vary, Allot 90 minutes or more.

Supervised Visitation Orientations

Supervised visitation orientation cost is per adult and/or guardian only. Orientation is for the adults only and children are not allowed at the initial supervised visitation orientation.

Supervised visitation services 2 hour minimum for weekdays and 4 hour minimum for weekends are required.

  • Supervised Orientation Intake - $380 per person
  • Supervised Visitation Session - $100 **
  • Educational Visitation Session Supervised visitation session in which the counseling  provide assistance and coaching for parent and child - Call for Rates
  • Supervised Exchange where it is desirable to avoid contact between custodial and non-custodial parents, exchange takes place at office - $40
  • Individual Counseling provided for both children and adults if needed - $100*
  • Holiday Services for Supervised Visitation call for details - $200 Starting Rate
